Account Settings

Manage your organization's profile, preferences, and account-level configuration.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Account tab
  3. View and edit settings

Organization Profile

Organization Name

Your organization's display name:

  • Appears throughout dashboard
  • Shown in reports and exports
  • Visible to all admins

To change:

  1. Click Edit next to name
  2. Enter new name
  3. Save

Organization ID

Unique identifier for your organization:

  • Used in API calls
  • Required for extension configuration
  • Cannot be changed
Professional

Upload your organization logo:

  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select image file (PNG, SVG recommended)
  3. Preview and save

Logo appears in:

  • Dashboard header
  • Reports
  • Corporate notices

Email Domains

Manage approved email domains:

  • Primary domain (from signup)
  • Additional domains (if multi-domain org)

Add domain:

  1. Click Add Domain
  2. Enter domain (e.g., subsidiary.company.com)
  3. Verify ownership (DNS or email)
  4. Save

Preferences

Time Zone

Set organization default timezone:

  • Affects report timestamps
  • Used for scheduled tasks
  • Can be overridden per admin

Language

Set dashboard language:

  • English (default)
  • More languages coming soon

Date Format

Choose date display format:

  • MM/DD/YYYY (US)
  • DD/MM/YYYY (International)
  • YYYY-MM-DD (ISO)

Security Settings

Session Timeout

Configure auto-logout:

IP Allowlist

Enterprise

Restrict dashboard access to specific IPs:

  1. Click IP Allowlist
  2. Add allowed IP addresses/ranges
  3. Enable enforcement
  4. Test before enabling

Audit Log Access

Control who can view audit logs:

  • All admins
  • Admin role and above
  • Owner only

Data Management

Data Retention

Configure how long data is retained:

Data Export

Export your organization data:

  1. Click Export Data
  2. Select data types
  3. Choose format (JSON, CSV)
  4. Download

Includes:

  • Alerts and resolutions
  • Policy configurations
  • Audit logs
  • Usage metrics

Data Deletion

Enterprise

Request data deletion:

  1. Click Request Deletion
  2. Specify what to delete
  3. Confirm with password
  4. Processing takes 30 days

Danger Zone

Transfer Ownership

Transfer organization ownership:

  1. Enter new owner's email
  2. They must be existing admin
  3. Confirm with your password
  4. Ownership transfers immediately
warning

This action cannot be undone. The new owner will have full control.

Delete Organization

Permanently delete organization:

  1. Type organization name to confirm
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Delete Organization

This will:

  • Cancel any subscription
  • Delete all data after 30 days
  • Remove all admin access
  • This cannot be undone

API Access

API Keys

Professional

Generate API keys for programmatic access:

  1. Click API Keys
  2. Click Generate Key
  3. Name the key
  4. Set permissions
  5. Copy and store securely

Webhook Configuration

Configure outbound webhooks:

  1. Click Webhooks
  2. Add endpoint URL
  3. Select events to send
  4. Set authentication
  5. Test and save

Notifications

Organization-Wide Notifications

Configure default notification settings:

  • New alert notifications
  • Weekly summary emails
  • System announcements

Admin Override

Individual admins can override:

  • Notification preferences in profile
  • Email frequency settings
  • Channel preferences
