  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click a user
  3. Select Usage tab

Understanding Metrics

Tokens

Tokens approximate the amount of content processed:

  • 1 token ≈ 4 characters
  • Short messages = fewer tokens
  • Long documents = many tokens

Sessions

A session is a continuous interaction:

  • Starts when user opens AI platform
  • Ends after period of inactivity
  • One session may have many messages

Active Users

Users who had at least one interaction:

  • Daily active users (DAU)
  • Weekly active users (WAU)
  • Monthly active users (MAU)
