Device Tracking

Monitor and manage the devices used by your clients to ensure complete coverage and security.

Device Information

Each device record contains:

Viewing Devices

From Client Details

  1. Click a client in the Clients list
  2. Select the Devices tab
  3. See all devices for that user

From Device List

  1. Go to Clients > Devices tab
  2. View all devices across organization
  3. Filter and sort as needed

Device Status

Multi-Device Support

Users can have multiple devices:

  • Work laptop
  • Personal computer (if allowed)
  • Different browsers

Each device:

  • Has its own device ID
  • Tracks separately
  • Shares user policies

Device Actions

View Details

Click a device to see:

  • Full device information
  • Recent activity log
  • Policy enforcement history

Force Refresh

Request the extension to reconnect:

  1. Select device
  2. Click Refresh
  3. Device checks in with latest data

Remove Device

Deauthorize a device:

  1. Select device
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Removed devices will need to re-authenticate to reconnect.

Troubleshooting

Device Shows Disconnected

  1. Check if user is active
  2. Verify extension is installed
  3. Ask user to click extension icon

  3. Remove unauthorized devices
  4. Check for shared accounts
