Device Tracking
Monitor and manage the devices used by your clients to ensure complete coverage and security.
Device Information
Each device record contains:

| Device ID | Unique identifier |
| Browser | Chrome version |
| Operating System | Windows, macOS, Linux |
| Extension Version | Installed extension version |
| First Seen | When device first connected |
| Last Active | Most recent activity |
| Status | Connected, Disconnected |
Viewing Devices
From Client Details
- Click a client in the Clients list
- Select the Devices tab
- See all devices for that user
From Device List
- Go to Clients > Devices tab
- View all devices across organization
- Filter and sort as needed
Device Status
| Status | Description | Indicator |
|---|---|---|
| Connected | Extension active and reporting | 🟢 Green |
| Disconnected | Extension not responding | 🔴 Red |
| Idle | Active but no recent AI usage | 🟡 Yellow |
Multi-Device Support
Users can have multiple devices:
- Work laptop
- Personal computer (if allowed)
- Different browsers
Each device:
- Has its own device ID
- Tracks separately
- Shares user policies
Device Actions
View Details
Click a device to see:
- Full device information
- Recent activity log
- Policy enforcement history
Force Refresh
Request the extension to reconnect:
- Select device
- Click Refresh
- Device checks in with latest data
Remove Device
Deauthorize a device:
- Select device
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal

Removed devices will need to re-authenticate to reconnect.
